Nick has a well developed skill and ability to pinpoint an area of my body which has become stressed and to realign it so that I gain ease of movement. He has helped me recognise patterns of use which put my body under stress, such as posture at the computer and how to counter it so that I am able to work more effectively without pain building up. Now when I realise my body is starting to get out of balance I book an appointment for a tune up. This means I am no longer injuring myself and can keep my body and energy functioning at a higher level. I enjoy his calm focus and high skill level and always leave an appointment feeling lighter and brighter.
